Refund & Cancellation Policy

We pour love and care into every jar we make, so we want you to enjoy every bite.

Because our jams and marmalades are handcrafted in small batches and perishable, all sales are final and no cancellations are accepted.

But we’ve got you:

-If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a store credit.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the error is on our end.

Lost or stolen packages:

-If a package is marked delivered but didn’t arrive, please check with neighbors or your local post office. While we can’t replace stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help.
