Order Processing

-Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

-Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Locations

-Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

-We currently ship within the continental U.S. only.

Delivery Times

-Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

-Please note that transit times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Packaging & Care

-All orders are shipped in sturdy packaging to protect your jars.

-Because our products are perishable, we recommend promptly refrigerating any items that require it upon delivery. After opening any jars, they must be refrigerated! 

Lost or Damaged Packages

-If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@violetfarmstead.com within 48 hours with a photo (for damages) or tracking info (for lost packages). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
